Description: Get introduced to the wonderful world of fusing and create beautiful bowls and plates using your own designs!

-Teaches the basics of fusing including necessary glass compatibility, kiln vocabulary, kiln shelf preparation, firing schedules, and safety precautions.

-Two kiln firings will be demonstrated during class in order to allow students hands-on experience when firing bowls and plates.

-Each student will have more than enough time to build more than one small bowl and medium plate.

-The bowls and plates created during class will be fired after the class concludes and each student will be required to return the following week to pick up his or her finished pieces.

-Supplies are not included in the class fee and can total up to $75.00.
